I wouldn't recommend these.The mandrel is made of carbon steel.How do I know it's made from carbon steel? look at the picture.The rivet is hanging in mid-air off a magnet, penny for reference.The product details says the entire rivet is stainless steel, this is very deceptive.You can't mix carbon steel and stainless steel or it'll rust if left outside.I was going to use these to replace rivets on a commercial ice bin, I guess that idea is scrapped.

I was able to fix my box grater's handle very easily. I really like my box grater and was afraid I would have to pitch it without a handle.
