No Fins Design: 83048/0830480SRV AVR Automatic Voltage Regulator does not have the cooling fins like the 0F97190SRV regulator does. The innovative finless design makes it more compact and reduces heat while providing excellent voltage regulation, ideal for installations in limited spaces.
New Upgraded Design：Different from the original flat shell, the newly upgraded 0830480SRV voltage regulator shell adopts diagonal stripe design, which increases the contact area and has stronger heat dissipation performance. Made from high-quality materials, the 0830480SRV voltage regulator is built to last, offering superior durability and performance in harsh environments.
Simplified Installation: Easy installation, direct replacement. Once this regulator is installed into your device, you will need to adjust it properly. This requires a high-quality digital voltmeter and a small flat-blade screwdriver. After installing the new voltage regulator, determine if the frequency is correct. Set the mechanical speed regulator to 62Hz (no load). Set the electronic speed regulator to 60Hz (no load). After making sure the frequency is correct, measure the AC output. Voltage should be 124VAC (62Hz, no load) or 120VAC (60Hz, no load). Keep in mind that the above voltages are for Single Phase 120/240V systems only!

IMPORTANT: After installing the new voltage regulator, determine if the frequency is correct. Set mechanical governors to 62Hz at no load. Electronic governors set to 60Hz no load. After determining that the hertz are correct, measure the AC output. The voltage should be 124VAC at 62Hz with no load or 120VAC at 60Hz with no load. If the voltage is either high or low, adjust the brass screw in blue trim potentiometer next to the red LED to the correct voltage.

Note: The regulator needs to be calibrated before using a generator.
