  • ★ 【Attention】- After installing the new voltage regulator, determine if the frequency is correct. Set mechanical governors to 62Hz at no load. Electronic governors set to 60Hz no load. After determining that the hertz are correct, measure the AC output. The voltage should be 124VAC at 62Hz with no load or 120VAC at 60Hz with no load. If the voltage is either high or low, adjust the brass screw in blue trim potentiometer next to the red LED to the correct voltage.
  • ★【Fitment】- Replacement for 81918, 83049, 083049 0830490SRV, 83049GS, SRV83049, F9719, 0F9719, 0F97190SRV models. 0F9719, 083049 and 083048 are virtually the same, except the 083048 has no cooling fins on the back of the regulator. These regulators can be interchanged, but the 083049 and 0F9719 are thicker due to the cooling fins and will require longer bolts to replace an 083048.
  • ★【Function】- A voltage regulator is an essential component in electronic circuits, designed to maintain a constant output voltage level regardless of changes in input voltage or load conditions. It ensures that electronic devices receive a stable voltage supply, protecting them from potential damage caused by voltage fluctuations or spikes.
  • ★【Wide Application】- This versatile generator voltage regulator is designed for comprehensive compatibility with newer R.V. products (excluding variable-speed units) and air-cooled home stand-by systems. Featuring an improved design with a metal potentiometer, this regulator eliminates previous high voltage fault concerns, ensuring reliable and stable performance across multiple applications. Perfect for both mobile and stationary power generation needs.
  • ★【Superior Quality】- Engineered with premium-grade materials and subjected to stringent precision manufacturing processes, this voltage regulator delivers exceptional durability in demanding environments. Built to maintain high reliability and stable performance under various operating conditions, this regulator demonstrates outstanding robustness that makes it the perfect choice for long-term voltage regulation needs.

The 0F97190SRV is an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) used to regulate the output voltage of a generator. The AVR is a crucial component of the generator system, ensuring that the output voltage remains stable despite load and input conditions changes.

Main Functions
1. Voltage Regulation: Maintains the generator's output voltage at a set value, typically within the ±1% range.
2. Automatic Adjustment: Automatically adjust the generator's excitation current based on load changes to stabilize the output voltage.
3. Voltage Protection: Provides overvoltage and undervoltage protection to prevent the output voltage from being too high or too low.
4. Load Response: Quickly responds to load changes, ensuring instantaneous voltage stability.
5. Frequency Detection: Monitors the generator's frequency to ensure operation at the rated frequency.
6. Temperature Protection: Features temperature compensation to prevent the AVR from overheating.
IMPORTANT:
After installing the new voltage regulator, you must determine if the frequency is correct. Set "mechanical governors" to 62Hz at no load. "Electronic governors" set to 60Hz at no load. After you determine the hertz are correct, measure the AC output. The voltage should be 124VAC at 62Hz with no load or 120VAC at 60Hz with no load. If the voltage is either high or low, adjust the brass screw on the blue trim potentiometer next to the red LED light to the correct voltage accordingly.
