The locking pull pin will enable you to secure cables while not in use. All our reels come standard with 600 amp spool isolators, ball bearing spools, and are made from heavy-duty, all-steel construction. All hardware is ZINC coated. Really well made for the money with one major problem!... I purchased the 10 inch with the swivel base and the bolt that puts the tension on to make sure it holds in position makes it easy for anyone to come along and take the whole reel off seeing that the tension bolt is the only thing that's holding it to the base ......... ( no way to lock from potential theft unless you make something ,which im already am doing

Seem good so far. A lot cheaper then tid welds. How it holds over time is another question.
