This juicer is a piece of TRASH!!!! I waited too long to use, so I can no longer return this item. I used it for the first time since I bought it and it BROKE as soon as I used it. My best friend bought the same one and the same thing happened to her. Luckily she was able to get a refund for hers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM. I'M SO DISPLEASED!!!

So my 1st time using the juicer and lawd, where do i start. To me the speed is very fast on 1 to 5. When juicing, its very messy. Not sure if i had on wrong settings. I made juice but pulp was still wet not dry. So i was confused cause everyine else pulp was dry. Catch basin leaks, top messy with pulp. Fills up quickly. Wasnt happy with that. Now clean up, they provide you with a brush scrubber. Horrible, you clean the strainer and the brissles get stuck and they come out and sticks in holes. I lost alot of bristles. Easy to pull unit apart for cleaning. Unit has suction cups at bottom so unit will not move. Mine is not level so looks like its off(leaning). Ill try and use unit again but if the same things happen im not using again, waste of money. I blended, apples, oranges, strawberries, blueberries.

I really enjoy this item. Juice is great. The assembly is not super easy but I got use to it. Clean right after use otherwise the blade in the center can become a bit difficult to fully clean.

I bought this for $20 off when there were no reviews, and I was nervous about it. But it has worked wonderfully with no problems at all. I do NOT get the super wet pulp and juice in the waste container that another customer reported. It is very powerful and easily does carrots and ginger, along with everything else I use. I expect this juicer to work for a long time, I will report back if it does not.
