Let me start off by saying, I love the lights.... When they work.I purchased 3 Sets for my podcast studio. & I've been using them for about 4 months now. 2/6 of my lights would randomly cut off during filming, causing my shows to be halted until i could move a new light source from another room into the on of use. Crazy it waited till after the 30 Return day to start giving me issues. But after troubleshooting & testing, I've come to the conclusion that my Power Pack may be faulted.So i have 4 Perfectly working lights, and 2 that i done feel i can use until i get a replacement power pack, and retest my theory. But overall, Perfect lights for all Media needs, as long as they work.

As you can see from my photos, I work in a studio and we do a lot of green screen work. After setting these umbrella lights up I was absolutely amazed just how good they were. The light stands themselves are consumer grade, so they aren't super strong but they're just fine for these umbrellas. Just throw a sandbag on them and they'll definitely be more stable at that point.So let's talk about the umbrellas. Again as you can see from my photos, they put out a beautiful array of light, really covering the subject fully. The remote control allows you to adjust the brightness levels along with manual buttons on the back of the umbrella as well. You also have full control over the color temperatures. In fact, there are different preset levels as well for the brightness and color temperatures to quickly get you the look you want. You can then fine-tune it from there with the remote control or the buttons on the back of the umbrella.I think what surprised me is just how big these umbrellas are. I can tell you from experience, having large umbrellas like these really help spread the light nice and evenly. The materials that the umbrella is made of is also very durable and I would say comparable to pro level.I'm also a big fan of any company that provides a nice carrying case, which this setup does come with. It's a nice zip bag that fits everything perfectly into it, allowing you to go mobile whenever you need to.As a professional cinematographer in photographer, I can tell you that if you're just getting started in this industry and are on a tight budget, you won't go wrong with ordering this setup. It will definitely do the job for you!
