Big bummer that the outside is damaged. No option to replace item just return for refund. Shipping boxes were in perfect condition so the damage was done prior to boxing up item

It was just perfect for what I needed it for but unfortunately it came with the glass broken I wanted to remake my sons HS graduation the gown, cap, tassel, hood, the picture but next time. When the price goes down a little. But its really worth every penny of it..When packaging please make sure that in every corner pf the box or boxes cause it came inside another box and the other box did not said nor any labels indicating that the packaging I'd fragile I know that that would off saved the frame.
