What should I do if the bubble wrap holder falls down during use?

First of all, please check if your machine is assembled correctly, please check the installation video on this detail page.

If assembled correctly, please check if the weight of the bubble wrap is too heavy and if the pulling force is too strong. Please replace a roll of bubble wrap with a lighter weight to see if it still falls over.

If the packing machine still falls over, please put some heavy items on the bottom bracket.
