Wonderful pan with many uses. Lip is high enough to collect small amounts of juices & contain quite a high stack of ingredients. I use it for oven s’mores, whole tilapia covered with peppers & onions, & oven roasting chicken breasts with asparagus. Easy cleanup. Holds heat well. Suggest buying the silicone handles to fit it.

Exctlent product, castiron very smooth and polished, cooked two large trout, and turned with out flaking the skin off. This was in an out door oven

I have an electric stove and this evens out the heating. Nice pan, size is good for a person or 2. I spent $60 on this guy, a little pricy since you could get a 12” pan for the price but the minimal edge makes it worth it as a griddle replacement.

Being close to 70 and have been cooking forever, I really didn’t think it was possible to fall in love with a pan, but I did! We all know that cast iron rules, but there are cons- like difficulty cleaning it- heaviness- awkward mobility with the handle- well this pan fixes all those things! The cooking capacity is excellent- the quality of the pan is top notch- not as heavy and cleans well. Value for the money is good- it doesn’t leave any black residue so taste is unaffected, does not warp and does not stick. Take your cooking to a new level and get this pan. You will be pleased

Amazing for induction, not too heavy, perfectly flat bottom, the perfect size for the large induction burners.I'm sure this works great on gas also, but just want to say this is exactly what you need to add a griddle to your induction cooktop.

Has smooth cooking surface. Takes lot of usage and many rounds of seasoning for surface to become non-stick

Love my cooklife cast iron griddle, perfect to place on my portable grill to create a griddle while camping , but also love it in my kitchen, the surface is so smooth it is east to clean , I have maybe 15 different size vintage cast iron skillets in various sizes and I love this and use it more often
