4 Stars because they are not as good quality as the $6 each ones you will find at the Home Depot or local electrical supply store. But for the cheaper price they work fine for temporary lighting. Also one purchaser said they had issues with led bulbs not workiny. I found that if you bend the hot tab inside the socket out so it makes good contact with the bulb then they work just fine
