Unit came packaged well. I can tell it had at least 1 solid hit as one of the mounting brackets was bent however it was easy to bend it back. I installed the outside unit under my sprinter van and it fit perfectly. It is mounted solid and there are almost zero vibrations even with the unit running full speed. The installation was fairly simple if you have installed a mini split before. It appears at full speed it takes around 800w when running from my power converter. After a set temp was reached it drops down to 200-300 range so it seems fairly efficient. After starting the unit for the first time I could almost immediately tell the van was much more comfortable just from a humidity standpoint. Within a few minutes I could feel it cooling down and after about 15 minutes it was getting cold. This is in a 170 wheelbase full size sprinter with no insulation (yet) so this unit should be fine for 16-18ft maybe larger trailers if I had to guess. The only gripe I have with this setup is that mine came with absolutely zero documentation at all. No installation instructions. It doesn't even tell you if the unit is pre charged (it is). I even went back to the add and none of that information is listed. I believe the unit uses R134a refrigerant because the linseeds have it written on the side however that may not be true.Overall it seems solid. I will update my review if I have issues.
