Nice flags to display for support of armed forces

I used these flags as a part of my military quilt. I think they helped show honor to all branches of the military and look great in this quilt. They are of great quality and were easy to sew into this quilt.

A spearhead was missing from one of the flags and it was not loose in the box so it must have fallen off before packing. We were able to use the spearhead from the POW/MIA flag which we were not using in the display.Used for a display of all branches of military service at local American Legion hall.

I bought a lot of these last year to give to our neighborhood Veterans, by branch of service. They were pretty much what I expected and the quality is good. You need to look at the way the flags are attached to the stick. All of the black MIA flags came loose from the stick and had to be glued into place. Several of the other branch flags did the same. It looks like you just sew the slot tighter at the top and don't have good control of the spacing. I would suggest using a metal staple at the top. I used hot glue, but that might not hold up if you make a lot of these for stock. Other than that, they were fine. It's still a good value. It would help if you would sell these in quantity by branch. Most of ours are Army, and Navy, followed by Air Force. We have 3 Marines, including me and 1 Coast Guard. Army is about 20.

My husband is an Air Force veteran, and that is very important to him so I like to honor the military whenever I can, my son is a Navy vet and my Dad, Brother and Nephew all Army vets. The sticks are a little short to just stick in the ground so my husband drilled holes in a board for me so I could just set it in front, works great like that and is easy to take in and out. I did spray a waterproofing on the flags also. We display all the branch flags on special holidays not everyday because I want them to remain special and catch attention with the change.
