What you get: A pair of 3" lowering springs and 4" hangers & shackles. They are also powder coated for rust and corrosion resistance. This is a bolt on application. This will take about 90 minutes depending on your tools you have access. If can be done in a drive way. A lift is not needed but would make the install faster.
