The black collar/sleeve that’s supposed to fit in the strap is too long. My old one just had the screw with the washer so I used that. I’ll have to grind this one down to make it fit.

I've tried several replacements for my 2013 Yamaha AR192 swim ladder. These look fine, but I can tell tha the rubber will not hold up well to the brackish water. I've had to replace these replacements almost annually. Next year, I'll just go with the Yamaha OEM and spend the few extra dollars for one that will last for several years.
