Great product! They forgot to include the silicone gaskets. Not a huge deal as I had a few extras here, but I let them know and they immediately sent me TEN extra gaskets and two clamps for free. Certainly didn't ask for those, but their customer service was OUTSTANDING. Very pleased with the purchase.

Using SS sanitary/tri clamp fittings is new to me. Setting up an old milk tank as a cistern so needed some parts. QiiMii made it easy and the parts seem to be nicely machined and solid.

Beautiful piece, very well packaged in bubble wrap with plastic endcaps, then wrapped in foam and sealed in a plastic bag. A few VERY minor and superficial scratches on the mating surfaces. Very nice polish finish on inside of tube. See photos below - note that light/reflections makes scratches look bad, but they are really superficial. I'm not able to measure surface roughness / depth of the scratches. Dimensionally the fitting also appears to be accurate.By contrast, last week I purchased and returned another "identical" fitting listed here on Amazon which was grossly damaged on both mating surfaces, even though it was packaged well. That fitting also was way out dimensionally - the "L1" length from mating surface to center of tube on other end was about 60mm instead of 50.8mm / 2". That fitting didn't find a home in my system!This fitting from QiiMii Stainless is nearly comparable quality to Dixon / Bradford at 1/4th the cost. Very nice!
