The sauna is a nice little unit. It would be cramped with 2 people but doable. I’d hate to see what a one person sauna would feel like with the 2 person one being this small, but overall good value for the cost.

I ordered this for my daughter who like me suffers from poor blood circulation. I use a sauna every day and it helps immensely with increasing blood flow. It also helps me calm down as I become overstimulated when there is too much going on in my life. The sauna is very easy to assemble and works like a charm. It gives her the much needed time alone to not only relax but reflect and is helping her to feel more like herself again. It is easy to clean and heats up fairly quickly (under 10 minutes) The 9 adjustable heat levels gives her the ability to slowly increase the heat a little at a time as her body adjusts to it.. I also love that this is a two person tent which she can share with her husband if she so desires. Highly recommend it.

Doesn’t really get hot enough to feel like a Sauna. Could be great if it got warmer but it just seems like a personal steam not a sauna.Even after letting it warm/run for 30 mins.2 stars because the build quality is good.

Easy to assemble. Gets and maintains heat levels. We wipe down with a dry towel after to dry moisture. So far durable! Wish it came with a bag/something to store it in

We have owned several saunas over the years, and this one stands out for its impressive size and performance. Despite its larger dimensions, which provide a spacious and comfortable experience, it does take a bit longer to heat up compared to smaller models. However, once it reaches the desired temperature, it performs just as well as the others, offering consistent and effective heat distribution.One of the features of this sauna is its ease of setup and takedown. Well, this is never going to replace a full cedarwood custom built sauna, but for a portable / quick and easy access one it does quite well. You sit in it, you steam, you get hot, you sweat. That's the point, last time I checked! It does what it is supposed to do quite well, end it is definitely portable and it is definitely very sturdy.Details. Again, it is very portable, if not overly glamorous. It goes up and down in minutes . The central frame is a lot like a portable canopy or covered clothes rack, although the poles are thinner. All you do is build a rectangle and it into the cover. Please see pictures. The outside is, for all intents and purposes, a thick insulated canvas bag. The frame fits easily enough into it, although please note that the separate piece of "flooring" goes inside the bag, not outside. Tie it onto the frame first.There's enough room for two if you know each other very well, but for me, I would leave it at one. The steamer hooks up easily (it's a three prong cord, by the way) and there are a couple of panels that can be opened or closed with Velcro. Most handy for moderating the heat or cooling off a little more slowly than just stepping out.The steam machine does take a bit to heat up. We found that we had to turn it up to 8 to get it to really start to generate steam, but after that the settings worked well, and being able add essential oil to the steam was great. However, if you're going to use the sauna at night either invest in some lights that won't be affected by the steam or set it under an outdoor light and take off the top window, because it gets dark in there. And while the bottom is fairly thick, especially as it is double padded, if possible try to find something to sit on that wouldn't have a sharp foot.Lastly, yes, condensation can build up under the unit. That's why I put mine outside. However, I think it can be used fairly easily inside if it's set on something that can absorb steam or, even better, a base of diatomaceous earth stone bathmats, which is what I intend to do. It is very light and easy to lift up. Drying out underneath it does take an extra step, but it is not difficult.
