bur

  • If a nozzle has bur at the outlet (like the left one), cut the bur.
  • A vertical cut is advised.
narrow

  • It is able to narrow the outlet for any thinner joint. This would also save the material to dispense deeper.
nozzle tip size

  • The left one is this sku. Its inlet size is 27 mm, different from other supplier's 21 mm nozzle tip.
  • Most probably this does not match other supplier's cartridge.

Tip

  • If the grout dispensing work is stopped for over 15 minutes, the two mixed components within the nozzle tip would become viscous and difficult to flow out. Then you should replace a new nozzle tip to continue the job.
