The stained glass was received unbroken, and well packaged. It is more stunning than the photos. Only wish the hangers were on both sides, the long side and horizontal.

I bought this clear beveled stained glass hanging panel for my bathroom. I wanted privacy while not giving up the light that come thru that window. This particular panel arrived with a small crack The merchant was gracious and refunded me $50 for the crack which was equitable. The panel adds beauty to my bathroom and still allows me to open the window when necessary. Great buy all the way around.

This piece is way more than I expected. I was afraid after I ordered it that it might look cheap or plasticky. Not at all. I live in a house built in the 1880s and this fitsright in. It's beautiful. So glad I made this purchase.Also, arrived completely protected in it's packaging.

The panel is very nice. However, I need to reposition the hanging parts in order to hang it horizontally, so I would like to know from what kind of metal is the frame made? I can solder new rings or remove and reposition the ones already on it.

I ordered two of these windows and absolutely love them. I found them well made and a bargain for the price. When I was much younger and much healthier, I used to make beveled glass windows but mine were not as nice as these. I only had a tiny problem but the seller quickly answered my concern and more than made it right. Do not hesitate to buy!
