After replacing the old fuel level sender with this unit, the gauge on the dash went back to giving accurate readings. Installation required dropping the tank, but all mounting points were lined up, so there was no significant issue in fitting the sensor into the factory spot. The wiring harness connected right back to the factory spot as well.After a week of city and highway driving, the gauge matched the fill-ups and did not drop randomly as it had in the past. When testing from the first full tank, the gauge stayed steady. This part fit a 2011 G37 with no extra parts or connectors.

Works perfectly easy to fit. Much better than the one it replaced simpler installation and simple mechanism so less to go wrong.
