1 of the relays was DOA, but the other works okay.

Replaced both pieces on my rca mini fridge. At first it seemed like it was working ok. I left it for about 45 min and it made no difference in the temperature inside. And the unit that the part connects to was extremely hot. I unplugged it because I was afraid of it catching on fire. I am not certain but I may have the wrong part for my appliance. I am hoping to have someone help me determine if I am just wasting my time or what I should do next.
