We had some pushback on the return. They did not want to honor the return policy at first. After stating that we would get Amazon customer service involved, they relented and refunded our money. Make sure it will fit your swing before you place an order.Unfortunately, when we opened the package and spread the cover out on a table to measure, we found it was to large for our swing. We were very disappointed. We carefully folded the cover back up and put it back in the original plastic bag it came in. Since it won't fit our swing, we will send it back for a refund.An Observation:The Amazon website is not clear on what the dimensions are for. Is it outside dimensions, or frame dimensions? Since we liked your product so much, we decided to take a gamble and try it. We would recommend that you clarify the dimensions on the description and show the dimensions from inside pocket to pocket for the length and width. I believe this will increase sales since people are hesitant to order without knowing the actual fit dimensions. It will also cut down on returns.Once again, thanks for making such a good product in a world that does not value good work. Please send us the necessary information so that we may return the cover and get a refund.
