OPERATIONS OF POWDER ACTUATED TOOLS

  • One must be liscenced or trained to use Powder Actuated Tools. And read the user's manual is must before operating.

  • There's a shied, a bush, a buffer(for spare parts) and two hex wrenches.

  • We recommend washered pins(fasteners) for soft base material penetrated like woods, while non-washered pins(fasteners) for hard base materials penetrated like concrete and steel.

  • Clean all parts with oil detergent and brushes, remove accumulated debris. Dry thoroughly before reassembly. Use eye protection and check for dirt daily to maintain tool performance and power. Regular maintenance required every six months.

  • We have service parts available. Please review the condition of the piston and buffer to check for damage or deformation by disassembly. Please contact seller by clicking seller name on detail pages and then "Ask a q***tion" on the redirect page.
