Okay, so this replacement battery works just fine for my security camera. I needed a spare so I wouldn't have downtime when charging the original one. It charged up pretty quick in my existing charger, maybe took 2 or 3 hours from dead. It slotted into the camera compartment perfectly no issues there. Battery life seems about the same as the original one did when it was new, lasts a few weeks with normal motion alerts before needing swap. Good backup power.One thing I was confused about at first. When you install a fully charged battery or when it reaches full charge, the back lit led light goes off. So that's fine, but the documentation didn't mention that. Initially I just thought the led Backlighting was not funtioning. But it stays on while it's charging up from anything below 100.

This is a good deal for a nice charger with LCD display and a larger 3,500 Ah battery than comes in these cameras from the factory. I used this in my Arlo Pro 2 camera and it’s working well so far. The charger seems to be good quality and the battery meter picks up the battery quickly once you insert it. It works for this battery and the OEM ones. It’s USB-C and comes with the cord.

As a buyer who is full of expectations for technology products, I opened the package of this product with great joy, hoping to have a smooth and satisfying boot-up experience. However, reality poured cold water on me.First of all, let me talk about my feelings after using it. When I tried to charge this machine, I found that it could not charge! This surprised me very much, after all, it is rare for a new machine to encounter such a basic problem after unboxing. Then, I tried to turn it on directly, but the machine did not respond, and the screen was pitch black, like a sleeping giant. No matter how I called, I could not get a response. This feeling of powerlessness is really frustrating.

Certainly not the quality of OEM, battery charge lasts about a quarter of the time of the original. But due to the fact you cannot get ahold of Arlo customer support or their service dept these are the only replacements available.

This battery pack and charger is for my Arlo Pro 2 cameras, it fit there. Functionality wise, it delivers the improvement over our old original battery. I’m getting about three weeks of use before it needs a recharge, compared to the two weeks I was squeezing out before. The value for money feels fair, nothing jaw-dropping. Charging is where things get a bit mixed. The included charger is simple to use, with a clear indicator light that shows when it’s charging. On a good day, it takes about four hours to fully charge, but sometimes, one time, I had to wiggle the cable to get it to connect properly. Compared to my old battery, it's higher capacity for keeping the cameras running during busy weeks.

This item arrived quickly and was packed well.It is as described - has a small LCD Gray display that grows to show four bars as the battery charges. The current bar charging blinks. Not a very fancy display but sufficient for the purpose.It can charge two batteries and seems like it charges them simultaneously.Charger comes only with a USB-A to USB-C cable but no wall charger.I tried to charge it with a portable charger but it kept going off after a while. I suspect it was drawing so little charge that portable charger turned it off. It might work better with a wall charger. I did not subtract a star for this as I think it might be my portable charger.However, I am subtracting 1 star because when I installed the battery in my Arlo Pro - the battery was a bit wobbly/loose. I might have to stick a piece of paper behind the battery to make sure it makes contact.Otherwise it is a very good product and I am happy I can swap batteries without having to take the camera down.

I love that this battery is a true zero-cycle battery, meaning it comes fully charged from the start. I haven't had any compatibility issues so far either - the battery snaps perfectly into my camera and is recognized immediately. No errors, no false low battery alerts - integration is very smooth.The overall construction feels durable and well made. It doesn't overheat when charging or during heavy use, and it holds up well in outdoor weather conditions, which is important since I live in a climate with four distinct seasons. Great experience!
