These tests are easy to use, instructions are clear and results appear to be clear and easy to interpret. Kinda stinks that it's 2 days for results, but better than nothing.I'm keeping these in my "emergency supplies" stash, hopefully they're reliable! I don't have anything to do a quality control test, so.

We bought to test our water as it was doing weird things. This test was easy, good directions, very accurate, and answered our questions. This is much easier and less cost than having someone come out to do the same thing!!!!

This is a broth set up. It will detect low bacterial counts. It is easy to contaminate. I will wipe the outside of the foil package with alcohol before opening. Set up one with sterile water as a negative control. You could also set up one as a positive control, use your imagination. The other two vials could be the test as there are four vials in all. Very simple and cheaper than the $500 the well guy wanted.

Update: Yikes. I had a green result. Time to call my well service. I’ll update again once I get the water professionally tested to see how accurate results are.Comes with 4 individual bottles. Expiration date was well over a year out so I can test every few months. Test was very easy to use. Great value for the money and peace of mind for my well water. My well was contaminated after a flood so I am always paranoid and these help put my mind at ease. I totally recommend. :)

I ordered 3 different water tests to test my well water. This test is for harmful bacteria. It comes with 4 individual sealed bottles. Each bottle contains a packet to be mixed with your water. Results are available in 48 hours. If it turns yellow there is no bacteria, which is the result we got. If it turns green you have bacteria and should not use the water. This is an easy test that can provide peace of mind. This is a nice addition to an emergency preparedness kit or bug out bag.

One tablet makes 4 gallons of WHATEVER kind of water drinkable. Would be easy to cut pill into 4 pieces to do one gallon at a time or make drinkable water in any quantity by cutting tablet into fourths. Just never know the future and don’t want to thirst to death. Small price for return!!
