The drummer in my band just had a kid, and as any parent knows, drums are probably not conducive to kids sleeping well. So we figured we would look for some mutes to help keep the volume down.We were unstressed in an inexpensive option but were worried they would not work really well. These pads work great! They are high quality padding that mute the sound really well. They are not super thick, so they don’t impact the layout of his kit, but also have made them far quieter. Especially with the snare springs unset.They fit his kit well and have been a huge win. His wife appreciates them as well.
