Replacement of sanding belts

Step 1

Find the side knob.

Step 2

Turn knob to remove protective plate.

Step 3

Find the tensioning rod.

Step 4

Pull the tensioning lever outward and remove the abrasive belt for replacement.

Replacement of grinding wheels

Step 1

Unscrew the screws.

Step 2

Remove the grinding wheel stopper.

Step 3

Unscrew the screws and remove the grinding wheel to be replaced.

Step 4

Install a new grinding wheel or cloth wheel, tighten the screws.Start the machine and check to make sure the installation is tight.
