Just open and use as many as you need, and all you have to do is peel off the 3M backing.At first, I gave it a try on my wife's iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was about to stick it in the center of the back cover, but she stuck it in the lower left corner. I just thought it looked a bit wonky.Well, she made sure to check the signal and wireless charging. Everything was just as normal as could be.Ugh, I can't measure the exact numbers, but we feel way more relaxed now.
