Great pan for cakes and cheesecakes

This cake pan is well crafted and makes beautiful heart-shaped cakes. Heart-shaped pans can be difficult to determine the size of due to the irregular shape, so be sure to double check the dimensions on the second photo. I was very happy with the size, and because the pan was so deep, I was able to cut the cake into two layers. Although the pan claimed to be nonstick, I sprayed a layer of cooking oil just to be safe and found that my cake didn't stick too badly. Thanks to the lighter silver color, it didn't brown the edges of my vanilla cake, which I was very happy about. Overall, I recommend this cute cake pan!

This is a good baking pan. It is a little smaller in size than I was expecting to see based off of other pans I have seen like this, but it makes up for it in depth. The top of the heart has a smoother shape with less dramatic contours also, so it should be easy to clean and get cakes out without having to worry about pieces breaking off. It is just regular metal, but it should not be hard to clean out, and I think the pan will be long-lasting. I would recommend it.
