Common symptoms in bad Pushrods include cracks or wear, strange noises or loose etc.
1.When you start the engine you will hear the Clicking or Ticking Noises.
2.Weak Engine Performance or Stalling.(poor acceleration , decreased power and affect the life of the engine.)
3.Engine Light On (DTC codes will be P2646, P2647 etc.)
4.Physical Deterioration (Severely worn etc).

Why Replace?
This Pushrods can help you resolve problems such as poor acceleration, decreased power or abnormal noise. Please replace it as soon as possible to avoid further damaging your engine. In time to ensure the reliability of the vehicle and the safety on the road.

Replacement Recommendations:
- Single pushrod failure → Can be replaced individually, but must inspect corresponding lifter and rocker arm
- Multiple pushrod failures → Likely indicates oil system issues or camshaft wear, requires comprehensive inspection
- OHV high-performance engines → Recommend upgrading to reinforced pushrods (e.g., chrome-moly or titanium alloy)

What's the Pushrods & How Does It Work?
- Valve Pushrod (also called Push Rod or Valve Tappet) is a key component in the valvetrain of traditional OHV (OverHead Valve) engines. It transmits the motion of the camshaft to the valves, controlling their opening and closing.
- The valve pushrod in OHV engines transmits camshaft motion: cam lifts the lifter → pushrod transfers upward movement → rocker arm reverses direction to depress the valve → spring returns valve to closed position. Its rigid transmission directly affects valve timing and requires perfectly straight, precisely sized rods. Commonly found in low-rev, high-torque engines.

Replaces 10238852 MPR-614 190-1537 8102388520, for GM LS2 LS3 LS6 L99 LS4 LS9 LSA LQ4 LQ9 L76 L92 4.8L 5.3L 5.7L 6.0L 6.2L Engines.
1.This Pushrods Kit fit 1997-2020 4.8L 5.3L 5.7L 6.0L 6.2L V8 engines.
2.Do not start the engine immediately after the rocker arm, hydraulic lifter or pushrods is replaced.
3.Any malfunction and damage to the rocker arm, hydraulic lifter or pushrods will reduce the horsepower of the engine or even cause the engine to fail completely, preventing a smooth ride.
4.The best way to deal with it: disassemble the engine cylinder head and replace the hydraulic lifters, rocker arms or pushrods.
5.If you are not sure whether your vehicle is compatible with this set, please send us the year and model of your vehicle and a photo of the engine to help you confirm.

Pushrods are not well known for people but they are an indispensable key component of a high-performance engine.
- Optimized Performance
Improves engine power, economy and reliability, reduces noise, minimizes maintenance costs and meets stricter environmental requirements.
- Installation Notes:
- The valve pushrods must be kept extremely clean during installation, and the engine oil must also meet the required cleanliness standards.
- During installation, the pushrods must be aligned vertically, gently placed and pressed into position, and oriented correctly.
- Before installing the valve pushrods:
- inspect their condition, compare the lengths of old and new pushrods, and ensure they are clean.
- Apply engine oil or specialized lubricating grease to the contact surfaces between the pushrods, rocker arms, and lifters.
4. If you have no installation experience, it is recommended to seek the help of professional maintenance personnel or watch the installation video.
