Worst customer service. Product totally inferior. Lasted less than three months Will extremely low use. Don’t waste your money on these. Amazon cannot help you as they are sold through a third party seller. Only buy items from Amazon that are shipped directly from Amazon and then you may have some hope of getting inferior or defective products replaced.

I cycled the pack with a Serious Electronics Smart Charger and tested it with a Super Test. I did this 3 times and it tests out at under half of the claimed capacity. This battery pack is getting returned for a better brand. Let's see if Amazon's customer service is as good as usual.
