How to Use
1. Unscrew the fixing screw (A), move the positioning scale (B), adjust it to the required paper size, and then tighten the fixing screw.
2. Pull the upper blade (movable blade) away from the outside as shown in the figure, and disengage the movable blade from the safety lock of the fixed blade. Remember to snap it back into place after use to prevent accidents.
3. Push the left side of the paper to the ruler (B) and push it up to (D). Make sure that the push is in place so that the paper will not be cut crookedly.
4. After completing the above 3 steps, hold the paper with your left hand and grab the handle with your right hand to cut.
