I was debating between a few brands, but decided on this one. I'm on the larger side but it fit well without being tight or uncomfortable. You do have to maneuver your body into it though. I wish the pockets were a tad larger, but it is a harness and not a fanny pack or purse. It does the job.

It will NOT accommodate the field radio featured on the picture, but a regular portable type BaoFeng with extended battery will be fine.

For the price, it's very versatile and works as I expected. Compared to high end chest packs, it's definitely inferior. Overall, it turns out to be a good little, inexpensive radio chest pack.

- Ideal for search and rescue operations- Built-in writing surface- Secure, comfortable, and well-supported- The main pouch can feel bloated with a limited capacityThe ABBREE Chest Harness is a reliable companion for those in search and rescue operations. Its design includes a built-in writing surface, a thoughtful addition that proves useful in the field. The harness is secure and does not shift around, providing comfort and stability even during rigorous activities. The harness is well-supported, ensuring that the weight of your gear is evenly distributed. This makes it comfortable to wear for extended periods, a crucial feature for those in demanding roles such as search and rescue. However, a minor drawback is the capacity of the main pouch. Despite being the largest pouch, it can feel a bit bloated and may not accommodate as much gear as one might expect. This is a minor issue and does not detract significantly from the overall functionality of the harness. In conclusion, this Chest Harness is a well-designed, comfortable, and practical solution for carrying essential gear during search and rescue operations. Its minor limitations are easily outweighed by its positive features, making it a worthy investment for those in the field especially since it is a good budget-friendly alternative.

No me gusta nada. No lo recomiendo, de muy mal gusto y diseño. La lona ni se diga. Creo que esperaba algo más del producto. No lo compres...

The design for this is fine, it's the materials that I don't believe will hold up as it's extremely thin. I needed something to attach my handheld radio to during Community Response Events, which only happen a few times per year so I anticiapte it will work fine for that purpose, but if the need was weekly or monthly, I'd recommend paying for a more robust design. The radio pockets are definately on the small side. I have a Baefang UV-82HP radio and it fits snuggly in the center pocket, while the others hold an extra battery and some tools. The zipperd pocket at the top is low quality, but is big enough to fit a small notebook into. The straps around the back are adjustable, but this is really more designed for a small to average-small adult. I'm 5'9" and 250 lbs and while it just barely fits me with the straps fully extended, if I needed to put over a thick jacket or coat when the weather turns bad I may not be able to use it at all without adding an extension.

Pack fits comfortably, well built. I have been wearing it daily for 2 months with no signs of wear.

This is a great chest rig for the money. It’s almost identical to the Coaxsher RCP-1. I’ve used a few different chest rigs with fire, SAR and ski patrol and I’m actually quite impressed with this setup. It doesn’t fit old school large radios well (bricks / some BK’s and some Motorolas) but it is very versatile. On my current forestry gig I’m carrying an FRS unit, Spot, UHF/VHF unit, and a lightening detector, and everything seems to fit well without any weight distribution issues. With all that hardware, I still have room for personal gear, my phone and spare batteries for all the coms. The unit is actually pretty comfortable once adjusted. The material feels sturdy enough but lighter than my wildfire rig so I’ll see how it holds up and how durable it is. So far, I’m impressed.

A friend has the Coaxsher chest rig and I bought the Abbree at a much cheaper prices. Comparing them they are identical including the fold down writing pad feature. Though that is not advertised on the Abbree, there are two elastic straps on the back you need to hook up. There are three pockets on the front. The middle one is elastic and will fit a number of radios including an FT470. It is however the only one my cell phone will fit. The other ones will fit a UV5R Baofeng radio and similar sized radios. The one on the left is big enough for most radios but the one on the right is too small for larger radios, but will fit a hand held GPS. In my judgement this chest rig is set up to carry one radio, a hand held GPS, perhaps a cell phone. There is also a narrow zippered pouch on the front, not sure what that's for. In addition there is some pen holders and a couple loop straps.I bought this to carry my UV5R while riding my ATV and off road mini bikes. Been using it for 2 weeks and it's worked well. The rear zippered/snap pocket is big enough for a full sized hole puncher. A stealthy way to carry one on the trail. As was mentioned by someone else it would be better if it had a padded back. I simply inserted a thin piece of closed cell foam into the rear pocket. A piece of cardboard would also work and would provide a flatter writing surface if needed. Overall, if used the way it is intended, it is a good piece of kit for a great price.

This nifty vest will hold up to three HT's at a 45º angle close to the upper chest area. Unfortunately there are no instructions so it's a bit of a challenge to figure out all of the adjustable straps. There is also a hard plastic 'loop' on one of the back straps for which I can imagine no possible use.
