1.Check Label on AC Compressor

  • Check the label on your car's AC compressor and make sure it is manufactured by Denso 6SEU14C / 7SEU16C / 7SEU17C / MK5 / MK6, or one of the factory part numbers listed above.

2. Check the Plug on Your Original Solenoid

  • Insure the factory solenoid valve on your AC compressor has a plug directly on the solenoid as pictured above.

3. Verify Original Valve is Secured with a Snap Ring

  • Verify that the factory valve is held into the AC compressor with a snap ring.
  • On some compressor models the valve is held in with a bolt, this valve WILL NOT FIT THESE MODELS.
