Notes:

A. In the course of cleaning and disinfection, you cannot press the “Auto” key, and you must observe the the display screen.

B. After cleaning, the water in the water tank must be completely drained. Otherwise, water may freeze in the cooling barrel during the cooling process, damaging the mixing shaft.

Ice Cream Preparation Instructions:

1. Ice cream is typically made by mixing ice cream base with water. Please strictly follow the mixing ratio indicated on the ice cream packaging (generally, 1 kg of ice cream base should be mixed with 2.5-3 kg of purified water).

2. After mixing, let the ice cream mixture sit for 15 minutes, then evenly pour it into the hopper at the top of the machine. Ensure that the mixture is free of lumps so that it can smoothly flow through the overrun tube into the freezing cylinder.

3. Pull the handle down to let 2-3 cups of ice cream mixture flow naturally from the opening, then pour it into the hopper at the top to prevent ice buildup at the discharge outlet from affecting ice cream production.

Safety Precautions:

1. When transporting or moving the gelato machine, the tilt angle should not exceed 45°.

2. Due to unavoidable vibrations during the transportation of the ice cream maker machine, it is best to let the machine sit steadily for more than 4 hours before use.

3. When the stirring shaft is in the empty cylinder, it is not allowed to switch on the automatic key, nor switch on it when there is water in the cylinder.

4. Ambient temperature: 40-104℉; Feed temperature: 35-95℉ (Note: The feed temperature will directly affect the cooling capacity and output.)

5. Power supply voltage: 110-120V (The rated voltage deviation must not be too high or too low; if it is too high or too low, the machine will sound an alarm (beeping) and cannot start.)

6. The machine should not be placed in a dusty environment. Please keep the area clean and regularly remove dust from the condenser.

7. To ensure the safety of ice cream consumers, extend the lifespan of machine components, and prevent issues, please clean the cooling barrel daily.
