This has a terrible design. I tried using it and the assembly would not stay secure. I tried four times to get this to work to no avail. Does not deserve the one star I had to click.

Out of the five reviews NONE were verified purchases. The top part that attaches to the weed eater shaft is too small to fit around the tube. This product is unusable unless your weed eater has very thin tubing (19mm or less). Both my EGO and Husqvarna weed eaters have 25mm shafts.
