Class 150 Fitting SS316 - Full Coupling NPT Thread
Class 150 or #150 fittings are alternatively referred to as low-pressure fittings, manufactured according to ASTM A351 standard and serve purposes such as pipe connections, directional alteration, and regulation of low-pressure fluids and gases, with a maximum operational pressure of 150 PSI. These fittings can be applied in industries such as ships building, plumbing and fire protection. A full coupling or known as pipe coupling act as a connector between small bore pipe to extend pipelines.

To install the full coupling, kindly refer to the steps below;
1. Wrap the male fitting with Teflon tape or plumber's tape to create a more secure seal to avoid leakage.
2. Ensure that the female threads of the full coupling engage properly with the male threads of the pipes.
3. Properly position the coupling to align with the system requirements and hand-tighten the coupling initially, and then use a wrench to tighten it
4. Check for any signs of leaks or irregularities.
