Just bolted into my 2010 Tundra. Noticed the gains right away. The sound of the air draw is completely distinct compared to the stock intake. Very very happy with the product.

Throttle response is definitely noticeable, and at high rev’s the engine’s noise permeates every aspect of the drive. I love my tundra, but this product is the icing on the cake.

Easy installation and great performance. Only dislike is that you must remove the tube from the intake just to clean the filter, but thats no big deal. Overall great product!

Check Engine Light (CEL) came on immediately. Contacted aFe and they sent another air intake tube, but did not fix problem. After analyzing both air intake tubes, i noticed the rectangular cutout for the Mass Air Flow (MAF) on the air intake tube allows air to pass between the MAF and air intake tube. I believe this is causing the CEL and that the air intake tube is defective. Shared this with aFe, including pictures. Do not recommend this intake unless aFe corrects issue. Sent back to RealTruck.com for refund.

Had it in the truck for a month and a half now. 1.5 to 2 MPG increase when you can keep your foot out of it. With its new louder, throatier sound the smiles-per-gallon will go up. Noticeable torque gain in the higher RPMs. Still throws a check engine light though. Not sure if my truck is still learning what to do with all the extra air or I've got a leak somewhere.The coolest thing I've noticed and proof that the MPG is better is that it decreased the RPMs at all speeds. Im between 200 and 300 RPMs fewer when cruising than I was prior.

Just installed this last week.It's pretty badass love the look.Everything went together well except for the last bolt in the back corner is a little pain in the butt but doable. I definitely recommend to a friend. All AFE products rock anyways.You can definitely hear the sound of power when you get on it,
