Overall is was easy and perfect and the exact piece I needed to fix an old lantern. The only issue I had is that during shipping it got delayed 2 days and looking at tracking it’s like it got “lost” in the mail. Not the companies fault but very curious on the shipping

Claims that it is "similar", but it is not similar enough. It needs to be about 3 1/8" x 3 1/8". The one shipped to me was more like 3 3/8 high which won't quite work as it interferes w reattaching the wire handle. The company representative was friendly. I am returning it and ordering from a different supplier.

Well, it works and it fits. It also has a logo etched on it, which projects on the wall when the lantern is on. It may not bother you, but it bugs me a little.
