The innovative "dam" design keeps the heaviest of rainfall flowing into the gutter and allows any accumulated debris to dry up and blow away, for minimal maintance. Easy to install, simply slide the flat side under the shingle and screw the gutter guard to the front edge of the gutter. Made of durable powder-coated steel for long life and protection from the elements, and neutral color blends seamlessly with roofline..

I thought this was an easy to install product and was able to complete my entire installation in one day. For the most part, the covers do a good job of diverting refuse from the gutter, and in handling all of the water. However, one place I noticed an issue was with the roof valleys, where the gutter guards would be a little overwhelmed, and water would wash over the gutter. Not sure of the long-term prognosis of this, as far as possible damage is concerned.

Tired of going up a ladder I gave these a try. I could not be happier with the results. They catch the water well but debris moves on . Highly recommend.

I modified the guards as shown in the pictures. Notched left front corner 1/2". This allows overlapping guards. Also added a hole on right side on second flat surface from bottom. Used Hillman 35247 Hex Washer Self-Drilling Screw 8 x 9/16 screws to attach. Result is guards lay flat with no gaps or uneven look.Did a test install in 2022 on part of my one-story ranch house. Evaluated for two years then installed the rest this year. Very happy with these guards. On occasion maple seed stems or leaf stems will get stuck in the holes, but they eventually decay away. No more cleaning leaves or clogged downspouts. Way cheaper to install yourself rather then pay a professional gutter company.Only downside is when snow lays on top of the guards, it may melt then refreeze at night. I notice more icicles than before. But I suspect this is true with any gutter guards.

I had a hard time finding a gutter guard for my 4" gutters, this fits 4, 5 or 6" gutters. Since I had the narrow gutters, I trimmed about 1 1/2" off the mesh which worked well and avoided interfering with nails. I was pleased that it fit easily on a section that was damaged from a ladder leaning on it. The finish is nice and seems very durable.Be aware this is made out of steel so it isn't the easiest to cut, and I am hoping the cut edges do not rust. Also, because they don't rest on top of the gutter there is a gap at the ends that may look attractive to a squirrel or bird. I fabricated an end cap out of some tin so seal this opening.Sofar they are working well!

What I liked the best was the ease of installation. Many gutter installers told me do not put anything under the shingles. I live in the south we rarely have freezing temps or freezing rain so putting these under the shingles should not be problem at all. They have a great design and are very sturdy. Best of all they are very, very reasonably priced for what you are getting.

These are awesome. I initially discovered them at Menards. Bought a pack of ten for $78 or something. Got home then belatedly realized they’re here for $50 shipped. A few bucks I’d just suck it up, but for ~50% more expensive….sorry Menards. Returned and ordered a bunch from Amazon. Menards does sell singles of these so if you need one or two at the end of your project and don’t want to order a full box, hit them up and spend $7.50 each :)These are well made and the coating appears very strong and looks nice. We just got a new roof so I wanted to make sure the whole package was protected. These slid right under the first row of shingles and hook under the lip of the gutter. Easy. I installed a straight run of about 25’ in about 20 minutes. The most time consuming part is just inch worming the ladder down the run for each piece.Does get a but more time consuming when you need to cut a corner. Just mark your spots and connect the dots with some nice tin snips. You can see in my pic how much tree debris has collected on top of the sections I installed a few days ago. Those are the sections in the distance. Without the guards, all that would be down in the gutter creating the foundation for a nice clog.Time will tell but these appear to be a great buy.
