Very easy to install, if you glue your knocks into the adapter and you ruin a knock you'll destroy the adapter before you get the rest of your knock out, besides that they work very well.

I mounted this on my standard solid fiberglass fish arrow with epoxy glue. Had to drill a tiny hole at base of adapter to allow air/glue to escape out back because suction fit was so snug air couldn't escape and adapter wouldn't push onto arrow. After that I was set. I was able to put a standard lighted S nock on my fish arrow for night bow fishing ops.
