Completely ineffective. Fully charged, at highest sensitivity, & frequency (3 & 4), the unit would not trigger unless the barking was inches from it. At 3 meters it would not trigger at all. Izf I tapped the unit it triggered & you could tell it made a noise, but the dig did not react at all to it.
