They are good oversized mounts to hold a mini split high up, which is a plus. Negatives are that the metal is really not high quality stamped steel and has rough spots, which installed has not affect, but you have to be careful handling them. And I would although not having the hardware to mount them is ok (since it all depends on what surface you mount on) I think they cheaped out on the hardware to mount to the rubber pads. 4 washers, bolts, and 4 non locking nuts. Completely inadequate, it will never hold and will vibrate loose in no time.
