It came with oil in it. O rings for the lines were included. 2006 Scion xA. Fit well and working so far. System is so small that it took less than a can of refrigerant to fill.

Looks just like the factory part. Easy installation. I also changed the screen and filter that needs to be purchased separately. Wife's happy with her ac ice cold again.
