The Aquatec 5800 high-flow delivery demand water pump is specifically designed to boost water pressure for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, particularly when city water pressure is insufficient. This pump increases water pressure to 70 PSI, ensuring efficient water delivery to your ice maker, sink, or another holding tank, especially when they are located more than 3 feet away from the RO system holding tank. The Aquatec 5800 produces a flow rate of 0.7 GPM for consistent, reliable water flow and features a shut-off pressure of 60 PSI. It is built with a durable 3-chamber diaphragm pump design for long-lasting performance and quiet operation, making it perfect for maintaining peaceful environments. Installation is made easy with push-to-connect ports for 3/8-inch tubing and includes a 60 PSI pressure switch along with a 6-foot power cord with a 3-prong plug. For alternative part numbers, the 5850-7E12-J574 pump can be used, rated at 0.64 GPM. Alternate part number for RO booster pump kit = 5850-7E12-J574
