I’m using a small crossbow with a 350 per second speed. The arrows I use have been modified to work like a standard crossbow but are smaller. I’ve used them multiple times and the penetration has been great.

I have purchased theses twice now. Once in stainless, and once in “copper.” Those are more of a brass color. Both don’t fit alot of the field tips I have. They tapper inside and that causes fitmemt issues. They either don’t screw all the way down, or don’t fit at all. The field tips all fit normal alluminum inserts. Also they don’t fit many of my broadheads. They fit the cheap ones that come with them but don’t fit my sik sk2’s that I was gonna use. And they don’t fit a carbon express broadhead I have from a few years ago. They do fit some allen broaheads from a few years ago. I shoot the stainless from a 55lb recurve, no bending or breaking. I shoot the copper from a 70lb bear adapt and bent one insert and broke another. Inconsitent and unreliable. For how much they cost you can get more reputable brands’ insert.

Shot these in my bow for 3 weeks twice a week and bent half of them wouldn't recommend these .
