This badge may be awarded to personnel of the Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard who have met qualifications. This badge is 100% USA Made with a mirror finish, but is also available in a silver oxide finish. The badge design includes a cross pattée with a target superimposed over the center, all surrounded by a laurel wreath tied with a knot at the bottom. The badge also incorporates two small rings for the Rifle qualification bar which we have attached for easy wear.
