I love this bowl—it's so striking, I'm tempted to use it for everything. The other items in the set are fine, though I found the whisk holder to be noticeably larger compared to typical holders, and I would prefer a smaller one for the whisks I buy. Overall, the bowl is the star and I think this would make a great gift.

This Artcome Matcha Tea Set is simply stunning. The colors are as vibrant in person as the photos show. The glaze is even and thick. The Bamboo whisk is nicely crafted. The box it comes in is outstanding and makes a great presentation as a gift. It adds to the perceived value of the item. I would give this as a gift to anyone. This will be going to my son, who is currently on a trip to Japan. This will be perfect!

This is a lovely matcha bowl and set, the presentation is great, I do wish the whisk stand matched a little better. I love the glaze and color of the bowl, it looks fantastic with matcha all frothed up in it and it feels very good in the hand. I am a little torn about the shape of the bowl, the petal shape looks glorious, it is evocative of a flower and that ties into the whole nature aspect of a tea ceremony, so I appreciate that. Whisking in this bowl is less than ideal, matcha can get stuck in the grooves and clump up because the whisk cannot really get there. It is not the end of the world, just know you cannot get as clean a whisk as you could with a flat bowl.

Great matcha set for the price point. I returned from a trip to Japan and wanted to get a set. This has everything you need to enjoy the tea. More expensive sets also include both a little matcha storage jar and a sifter, but you'll pay more for it. For a basic set, I feel this is fine. I did get another basic set of a different size and also two more expensive sets to round out my set.

This matcha set is stunning. The shape and glaze on the bowl is truly lovely. All the items are classy and well made. The set comes in a super nice gift box lined in foam so everything is snugly packed to avoid any damage. Excellent find, great value.
