The black Halo Reflection Filter Bundle from Aston Microphones is made with patented PET-felt acoustic technology and molding techniques to reflect, absorb and diffuse sound in both professional- and home-studio environments. Its large surface area provides linear absorption, while the corrugated surface diffuses sound for minimal coloration. The Halo's spherical shape yields horizontal as well as vertical filtering, while its 4-inch radius improves sound isolation, making it a practical solution for recording vocal tracks or multiple acoustic instruments in one room. You can experiment with placing the Halo in different room locations depending on the desired reflection and absorption characteristics. It is portable and lightweight and comes with proprietary mounting hardware.
Paired with a Reflection Filter Tripod Mic Stand features heavy-duty steel construction and is capable of providing sturdy support to your reflection filter and studio microphone at the same time. The tripod stand design features collapsible legs for convenient storage, a telescoping center column that can be adjusted to reach a maximum working height of 76".

      it s beautiful and well made definitely but unfortunately i will return it because it made zero difference for me. maybe this product is for really bad reverby environments so you can feel a difference but there is no difference. i checked on my pro q equalizer. i checked if there is any bass boost on vocals maybe ( i saw some comments people saying better bass boost on vocals but not really to be honest. . and i ve checked if any resonance peak issues but it literally made zero difference for me. i m just suprised cause i ve been saving for this .but after seeing no difference i will need to return. still a well made beautiful product. so i give 4 stars still.

      Needed a portable booth that mimics a studio setting and provides excellent quality; this fulfilled that perfectly.

      I don't have a treated room and the Aston reflection filter gets some of the best results from the comparison videos I've researched online. The tripod this bundle comes with is really sturdy and impressive too. So good value. Just one thing went wrong when I started peeling off the logo "protective" layer... oof.
