Paied it with the base and it works GREAT. Push the dial tone button and then adjust the volume to max sounds great. Battery charges well overnight. They did good on this one:)

This item was not compatible with the AT&T CRL82312 DECT 6.0 Phone Answering System with which it was advertised. Consequently I had to return it. I now cannot find an additional phone to work with the system I kept.These two items should not have been promoted together as they do not work together.

Added this handset to our present system -we have the CL84202. It was a little tricky to figure out the registration to link it to the base, but once installed (read the manual!) it works great, has LOTS of features, and is reasonably priced. I love the convenience of an extra phone without taking up a lot of space on the table.

I love this entire system because of all of it's features. When I found addition handsets at this great price could not resist ordering themAs usual delivery was fantastic. No need for "free 2 day delivery" as I live so close to the warehouse. Ordered the product around 4 pm Wed and was delivered by 2 pm Friday !

We have the base phone and 1 handset. The handset was always being carried off to another room and then when you wanted it - you could not find it. So actually 1 ordered 2 more hand sets and my son order 2 more hand sets the same day. We were both surprising each other... When we got all 4 we immediately put all of them into service. We had no probably connecting them to the base system and we were able to name each phone with the name of the room it belongs in - great feature. Now we all have a portable phone and when we are done we know where it belongs. Excellent...so happy to have found this on amazon.ca

I purchased this for my mom. She is not tech savvy at all but she really likes the phone. I set up the speed dial for her and the address book. I find the menu could be a little more intuitive, but nothing that can't be found by hunt and peck.The major issue I find with the phone is turning off the messaging and having it work with Verizon's messaging. The missed calls does not work as I expected. Also, she would prefer to have a red light or similar LED light when a call is missed.Other than those minor issues she really likes the phone. Setup was fairly easy and the basic operation of the phones are fine.

It's important for you to follow the directions to get it to join the group. As a typical guy I just hooked it up and it didn't work. Read the directions and it worked right away. Quite happy with my purchase and delivery was really fast.

It's very hard to find good land-line cordless phones, but after trying these for a couple of years I see my search will continue.There is spoken caller ID announce, but the voice is very robotic and prone to mispronounce the names. The call quality is very good and the speakerphone is excellent, but there are no headset jacks or bluetooth options for portability without having to walk with the phone in your hand. The screen is very readable and it does have Intercom feature where you can talk to one or more of the handsets at a time. The phones are intuitive and menus are easy to read and navigate.Overall I'm happy with the purchase, I would prefer that they fit all the necessary features into one phone kit (such as headset jacks).

Although I ordered the wrong product, ordered CL80111 and should have been CL80100, it seemed like a good product. Didn't return it since I ordered the wrong one, didn't want to deal with returning it and paying shipping. It worked fine, but was not compatible with the base set. Turned out my brother-in-law ordered a base set for his Mom and I gave him this one to use as a spare for his Mom's handset or a 3rd phone in her house.I did like how they put a plastic covering over the decaled letters and colors, which rub off on the CL80100 with use.

These great handsets are inexpensive yet the display and functionality is perfect and the range and clarity has been the best of any phone I've owned. The speakerphone functionality works very well and has been a real treat around the house. I wish it had a headset jack for handsfree use and privacy but otherwise they work fine and I have five throughout the house and may add another one or two. Pairing is a piece of cake too!
