Loads well and really shoots. Great for bass bugs or big streamers or wind. I have used it mostly for casting large Clouser streamers to “wipers”.

I wade for striped bass in the rough New England coastlines.NOTHING eats up a line like this kind of fishing.I use the 9/10 on my 9wt. rod.Minimum false casts = more fishing time.It may not be as shoot quite as well as other $$$lines,but I can buy 5 lines for the price as a name brand.A few pumps of a bio silicone spray really help a heavily used line.If your tough on your tackle,like me,this is your line.

Low cost. Tested well on grass. Hope it casts as well with 80 degree salt water

I am not saying this is a bad product just that it has a much larger head than I expected for a weight forward 14F line. I tried to put this on a TFO Atoll 14wt reel. I put 250yds 30lb backing on and could not get the last 30ft of line on. I removed about 75yds of backing and still could not get the last 15ft of line on. I removed another 50 yds of backing and still could not get the last 8-10ft of line on. I won't remove any more backing as that would be a guaranteed loss of a billfish. I gave up and removed all the backing and line. I'll try another brand of WF14F line.

It seems to shoot well. convenient loops on both ends. I didn't read the whole description or I would have seen it was for cold and medium temps. I am guessing Hawaii may not fall into that range...I should have figured it out when trying to load onto the reel. The line doesn't come on a spool so it ended up a sad tangled mess. Then while casting the line is very limp. Overall it seemed to cast well and the heavy tip loaded well (note: I am a beginner so factor that when you read this)...sadly I can't really use it here as it is too soft in the 80+ degree weather...so read the full description
